Le Beaujolais Nouveau en France, The New Beaujolais wine.

The cellar "le cellier des varennes" is a small area in "Saint Julien" in the Beaujolais region in france .

The family of Mr Reboille is a wine grower and they exported her wine.

The wine maker Mr Duvernay put himself every wine into bottle.
 
We product a traditional and famous New Beaujolais french red wine :
 
- The New Beaujolais AOC ou Beaujolais Nouveau AOC is a red light wine for lunch, for happy hour and for white meat and light food (not too spicy). Very pleasant wine for french people. It is slightly fruty. It has a taste of the ecosystem.

 
Some of these wines are analysed by Mr favereau (famous french sommelier in Paris), he said that they have a very nice structure, very good balance and a taste of the terroir.

The name of the grappe is GAMAY, a black grappe with white juice. Our Beaujolais wine is AOC.

The way of production is original and "traditional" so, new Beaujolais wine have a very good fruit taste. The grappe ferments 3 weeks before becoming alcohol etc.

For each order we will send you documents which certificate the date of the bottling and the wine biological analysis (please find attached document in french which explains all information and certification that you will have when you order).

This is not an industrial production according to the land owner Mr Rebolle. They have 5 hectares.
They have about 50 000 bottles at all each year.

According to the french regulation the production is limited (and it will be written on the label).

The new Beaujolais wine is synonymous with celebration and gaiety, a young french wine that is good in the autumn when nature sleeps.

Our New Beaujolais wine has a taste of fruit and terroir without the addition of artificial flavorings.

We work our 5 hectares of vines in farming to preserve the flora and fauna of our region and also the health of the vineyard.

Our Beaujolais wine and now being prepared in a tank in the care of winemaker Franck DUVERNAY.

The cellar

The french wine maker Mr Duvernay put himself every wine into bottle (Harvest of 2009 a very good year).
 
They product diffrent traditional and famous Beaujolais red wines :
 
- The New Beaujolais ou Beaujolais Nouveau is a red light wine for lunch, for happy hour and for white meat and spicy food. Very pleasant french wine for all people. It is slightly fruty. It has a taste of the ecosystem.
- Beaujolais de Garde a wine for dinner and red meat. You can keep it 8 years.
- Varenn'ice is a sweet red wine for happy hour or for the desert (red wine with black currant liquor).
 
Our New Beaujolais wine is analysed by Mr Favereau (famous french sommelier in Paris), he said that they have a very nice structure, very good balance and a taste of the terroir.
